Cottages Information & Reservation Policies
- We are happy to arrange late check-ins, but please note that this must be pre-arranged with management.
- If booking as a large group, book Quilliam's Lodge, The Clays or Kate's Corner with Cosy Nook.
- For the Cosy Nook, Kate's Corner & The Clays we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
- We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £1000 refundable deposit with the balance payment for all bookings at Quilliam's Lodge. This will be refunded one week after checkout pending our property checks.
- Bed linen and towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels. Bathrobes provided. For stays of 7 days or more, a mid-stay towel refresh is available.
- If you are forced to cancel your holiday you must inform Island Escapes as soon as possible. The day we receive your notice in writing to cancel is the date on which we will cancel your booking with the owner. If you cancel your holiday within 42 days of the commencement of your holiday no refund will be made, if you cancel more than 42 days before holiday commencement, you will not be entitled to a refund but can take a credit note for a future booking with Island Escapes
- In no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons as stated in the cottage brochure or website occupy a property. Owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
- All damages and breakages are the legal responsibility of you, the Hirer, and should be notified to the Owner or Agent, keyholder or housekeeper before the end of your holiday. The cost of damage or breakages shall be payable on demand.
- Smoking is not allowed within any cottages at Broogh Fort.
